We had trouble with the television and Blannon came to fix it for us. He was so polite and friendly very professional. He is a credit to your staff.
We felt that the bed was I comfortable as the mattress topper was very lumpy. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel is in a realistic convenient location to Gatwick South Terminal for departure flights and lease vehicle drop-off.
The meal in the main restaurant was excellent with the waiting staff extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.
The general pricing of drinks and meals could have been cheaper in the various restaurants which would stop personnel / visitors from walking around to find the best deals.
