Excellent location on the fringes of Epsom Downs with beautiful views. Car parking facilities very convenient. Reception area nice and spacious and staff welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Our room no. 240 we found to be excellent,. furnishings and beds very comfortable
A small table near the window would be helpful.

Location
Rooms starting to look a little tired. stayed here from you first opened and nothing being done to update them. Second last visit reported hair dryer not working nothing was done to resolve this over 2 day stay. last visit bad crack in bathroom sink which you must be aware of. Disappointed in follow up service being in buisness myself. Feel clients are not being looked after properly

Breakfast was dreadful! Appalling food - powdered egg!,,,
Nice coffee
Lovely staff
Would not recommend the breakfast to antone. G.We met an extra 7 friends who were not staying at the hotel and it was an embarrassment!,,,

The place was very well fitted out, nice facilities and design. Staff were helpful in the main. The place has a pleasant atmosphere and everything we needed was on hand.
Cooked breakfast was very bad but there was a good choice of "contiential" items.
At first they refused to make up the sofabed for my daughter in the "family" room that I'd booked for us all, saying their screen said I'd booked this big room just for myself, but soon releneted when I insited and a helpful young lady sorted it out. So I'd recommend keeping a copy of your booking on hand at all times!

Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Good value for the money.
The breakfast was fairly chaotic with everybody arriving in one same period and there were children running about when people were carrying hot liquids about.
The egg lacked any yellow colour and was tasteless.
