Room was very clean and inviting. Very convenient as I was attending a wedding so location couldn't have been closer, breakfast the next morning most pleasing with so much choice and hot as well as very freshly prepared.
My room was on the 2nd floor at the far end of the corridor and as I am registered disabled I wish an option during booking had flagged up, I didnt think to enquire about room situation so maybe a prompt during on-line booking would have been handy. Also there was no mirror in the room close to a power point and as a lady who has hair issues and requires straighteners I was frustrated that I was unable to do hair/make up with mirror, one near the table/desk area would have been perfect especially with the lovely big window and fab lighting.

Efficient, and you know what you are getting in advance at a HIE. Sadly, we were there for a funeral, so not really leisure
The plastic sheet effect on the bed, and the hard egg at breakfast
