The pillows at ALL holiday express hotels seem very hard regardless of them being marked soft. I little more thought over the breakfast selection would make a big difference to the overall rating, not just to me but all i spoke to in the hotel

No electric points by the 1 mirror provided, therefore difficult for ladies when doing their hair.

Price was fantastic. The hotel is relatively new so very clean and modern. Great bar area with a television; very useful for watching the football. Room is very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is always extremely clean (I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions).

A bit far from the station to go to London but nice views of the racecourse. Quiet corner in the exclusive suburb. No restaurant on site but the restaurant next door. Staff friendly and helpful.

The setting and hospitality. When we arrived, had not sent EUROBOOKINGS our reservation at the hotel but they did everything to solve the problem.
