Staff were excellent. My son was unwell and they gave every assistance. The location was ideal for our needs, if you are off to Chessington or A Day at the races, its perfect? Definitely stay there again.

The accommodationwas excellent and the relaxed service gave you freedom to do what you liked. The extended hour for sunday breakfast was a really good idea.

Have stayed several times and always found the hotel delivers exactly what it offers. It's clean, comfortable spacious and we love the location next to the Downs yet close to Epsom.

Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. good controls for heating.
Found shower floor very slippery and nearly fell over - shower mat would have been good.
Hairdryer cold on both settings. had taken my own but no socket near enough only mirror to be able to see while drying my hair. Another mirror over the dressing table where there were other sockets would have been very good.
