The staff were great......nothing was too much trouble...the place was clean and very presentable......
The restuarant staff were very nonchalant.....on two occasions when i asked for some help....they were quite uninterested and their responses off-hand ....and the quality of the food for breakfast left something to be desired.....someone should give them a Room 101 course in customer service....with a smile?
the only blot on the landscape of an otherwise great place to stay

The location of the hotel is like a demilitarised zone, it reminded me of life in Sarajevo in the mid-90's. Access to the hotel by the security gated carpark is not easy to find the signs are few and not clear. The restaurant was served good cheap food. However the constant stream of drunks from the bar coming to use their phones in the relative quiet was off putting.
