We had a nice little room - at first we were concerned because it only had one bed and a single sofa bed, but another little bed was brought in for our 2 children. After that, we were set. Staff was helpful with stowing our luggage upon arrival earlier in day than anticipated.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the Temple Bar, and the shopping centres right next door ! The Hotel was very clean and modern.
The Bed was very hard, and we only had 1 very flat pillow each !

Location was good and the staff were helpfull, but dissapointed that they wanted you out of room by 12 and nothing available to check inot untill after 3pm even though they said it would be available at 2pm they said there were others waiting before us.
We couldnt check into our rooms untill early evening as the hotel was fully booked the previous night, the staff were v

We loved how safe the hotel was with the lift and key . the staff where veary nice and got us any thing we needed . been able to keep are bags in the hotel the day after are stay so we could go shopping in comfort . breackfast was great.

Location was excellent. All of the staff were nice and took time to make sure you were ok. Security was great - you need your swipe card to go in lift etc.
The room overlooked moore street and there were apartment opposite with clear view of our room and we of theirs. some kind of blind on the window would have been nice.

It is in the city centre. It is not fussy as I was just up for work this was great. Food was excellent , I am a vegetarian and it was one of the nicest lunches I have ever been presented with.

Location in the center
Not have parking, would be more convenient and faster when parking. The garage where I had to park did not open until 7:30 or 8.
