Staff were very helpful, professional and polite. They all work very hard. The atmosphere in the hotel was very calm and relaxing. The restauraunt and bar was great- reasonably priced too. The hotel itself was close to all the places we were interested in visiting.
We had booked a family room and there was a double bed and pull out sofa bed.

The staff were extremely nice in both reception and the bar & restaurant. The hotel was kept very clean, security was good.
I did not like the fact that there was NO on site parking nor was it clearly stated in the hotel description. Also, i stayed in a "family room" with my husband and 2 kids aged 5 & 10, no where was it stated that a family room consisted of 1 double bed and a fold out couch, if i had known this i would not have booked. the comfort of my children is more important to me than my own confort, hence me & my husband giving the double bed to the kids.

It is just a small thing. Not enough milk in the rooms for more than one cup of tea.

We wished we could have stayed a little longer. But we had work commitments. We will be staying again as our son lives not far, Thank you very much for the stay.

Staff very helpful had dinner in resturant great value 2 course for 15e bar service a little slow otherwise great hotel
Missed breakfast thought it was till 11 but unfortunally it was 10:30 am will know for next time

WE WERE IN ROOM 228 WHICH WAS VERY NOISY .RUBBISH BINS WERE BEING MOVED IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING
THERE WAS A STAIN ON THE CARPET WHICH WAS NOT VERY NICE

We only stayed for one night but it covered all our needs. We would be very happy to stay again for the price we paid. Thanks
The only thing that we didn't like were the pillows, they could have been plumper. They were hard to sleep on but as it was only one night we made do but if we were there for longer we'd need better pillows. Thanks again
