Great location, rooms very clean and comfortable save the fact that we paid for and ordered a family room for 2 adults and 2 children but when we arrived there was a double bed and a pull out couch bed which was supposed to fit 2 children. Not a chance. Had to get them to put in another camp bed. The couch beds are much too small for 2 children.

The rooms were really nice, and the hotel is so quiet.
It took me nearly 30mintues to check in, none of our staff had the right details about me, and the wrong names etc. Was very disappointed with that and they never even said sorry to me after i checked in in the end but had a lovely stay while i was there though thank you so much x.

Central location - all within easy walking distance. Rooms are OK. Breakfast for engl. well-Irish relations. Friendly staff.

Very convenient to shops etc. Staff very nice - Stayed on 2nd floor so Bar and Restaurant very convenient.
Bedroom phone was not working - Element was burnt out of kettle and the room was pretty basic - but when I reported it to Reception a maintenance man came within ten minutes to investigate. Kettle was replaced but phone did not work.
€170 for room only for night was very expensive.
