The cleanliness, comfort, services, and staff at the Doubletree by Hilton Dublin on Burlington Rd. were excellent and it's proximity to Dublin City Center is within a short walking distance.
The rate tended to be on the high side when I booked from March 18th - 28th.

Everyone was delightful I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends. Easy to walk to main areas in Dublin
The last night before leaving we left a wake up call for our very early flight back home and good thing we woke up because we never received it. We told the front desk and when he looked it up apparently the staff the night before put down wrong room number. He apologized and was very nice. It would be a good idea to not only say our name but repeat room number so this won't happen again.

Very comfortable, Room perfect, cookie on arrival a lovely touch. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere and nice relaxing bar
Waitress was a small bit rude, but over all everything else was great.

Good location
Service in the bar/restaurant was very slow and I had to keep asking for service . When having dinner it was necessary to stand up and go to the counter for anything that was needed as service was not happening.

I have been staying in the Burlington hotel on and off for over thirty years both for business and pleasure purposes but this was my first time to stay in the last 3/4 years (because of a change in work situation). Despite staying in various other hotels the Burlington is still my favourite
I preferred when the lobby area was a raised area and carpeted. It was more plush and warm and inviting for coffee and a snack and I would have always used this area. I think the present layout and decor is clinical and cold and I did not use the area on this occasion.

Duchen gick inte att stänga av Duschkranen gick inte att stänga av. efter åtgärd från hotellpersonal var kranen så trög att min fru inte orkade stänga av en utan hjälp, Felet åtgärdades inte på att bra sätt
