The receptionist listened and acted on my request for a ground floor room
There is for some inexplicable reason, no lift at this hotel hence my plea for a ground floor room and as you would always have bags to carry this is far from acceptable for a hotel and yes I would recommend a stay at this hotel but only if you are a man and are fit and strong enough to carry your bags up two flights of stairs

We pepaid for breakfast,but then we had to pay £12 for our breakfast.this is the last time we will stay with you as we can get more from Holiday Inn.p.s.we asked for disabled ,but we got steps to go up.

Accueil chaleureux et propreté
La présence de GEFCO juste en face de notre chambre (et de beaucoup d'autres...) nous a empêché de dormir 4 nuits sur 7 à cause de chargement de camions d'objets métalliques à grand fracas, bavardages à haute voix en pleine nuit, pendant des heures !!! Très désagréable !!! Et des lendemains gâchés par le manque de sommeil !!!
A noter également un point négatif au niveau du confort de la chambre est l'impossibilité d'ouverture de la fenêtre de plus de 20 cm environ: Dommage quand on a chaud (pas de clim) et qu'on voudrait aérer !!!

We were happy with our stay at the hotel. The only observation I would make is that bearing in mind we were two people in a twin bedded room, I thought one small chair for putting one's clothes on at night was inadequate - we really needed a chair each, maybe another pillow each and a bathmat and separate hand towel in the bathroom would have been useful. Otherwise we were very comfortable - thankyou!

Excellent buffet continental breakfast
The noise of the 24 hour depot immediately next door. Because of the weather the bedrom window had to be kept open and consequently you could hear the noise of trucks offloading all night

Slaapkamers waren goed.
De bediening vonden we slecht en niet klantvriendelijk. Waren gewoon onze besteling vergeten. En met elkaar in het Pools spreken. Volgende keer gaan we daar alleen slapen.
