The staff were very helpful and it was pet friendly. As we have a small dog this was very important. We were also able to park our car at the hotel. Very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Staff remembered us from previous visits
I know some of the rooms have been renovated as I booked three rooms and one had been done up, but I was disappointed that the room I got was quite dowdy

Food - breakfast though offering a good choice was not of good quality . First time I had orange juice that tasted of absolutely nothing!

Location and rooms were pleasant.
It would have been nice to have an a la carte choice for breakfast. Many people want a little protein (not just bread)without spending 12 pounds for a full buffet.
