Convenience to the airport for early flights. Allowing my husband to park when picking me and my disabled mother up on our return. Porter service to assist me wheeling my mother in a wheelchair, plus the luggage trolley to get our flight.
The shower was integral with the bath tub and my mother was not able to use it. However, this may not be representative of all rooms and I should have asked for a room with a stall shower when I made the booking.
