The rooms were very spacious , comfortable & well equipt.
The shuttle bus was extremely convenient & essential for travel into Dublin, we used it every day & we stayed in the hotel for 4 days.
There were very good breakfasts & we found the food in the restaurant was very good aswel.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is very inviting. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
The early morning shuttle left a lot of people standing outside in the freezing cold for a long time. I do not know if the problem was that only one shuttle was running because it was early (7:00 am) or if that is the normal mode. More shuttles are needed to accommodate the amount of people trveling back to the airport.

I liked everything about the hotel its food and waiting staff
I did not like the unhelpful attitude of the check in staff : I was recently after getting a hip injection and asked if it would be possible to get the shuttle bus to stop at terminal two as the last time I was dropped in the bus park . She told me she could not guarantee that the bus would stop at terminal two .I explained my position and ordered a taxi for the morning which she did Hugh Duffy
