STAFF, LOCATION, PRICE.
FREE WI-FI, BUT HAD TO KEEP GOING TO STAFF FOR HELP TO GET PASSWORD, AS I, AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE CELL PHONES WHEN ON ROUTE TO-THROUGH OTHER COUNTRYS, AND WITHOUT A CELL PHONE, A GUEST CANNOT GET THE PASSWORD.
LUCKELY, THE GUY AT RECEPTION USED HIS OWN CELL PHONE SEVERAL TIMES, TO GET PASSWORD, AND AS THE PASSWORD ONLY LASTS SO MANY HOURS, HE HAD TO REPEAT DOING IT, AND I HAD TO KEEP ASKING, IF ITS FREE, THEN MAKE IT FREE, WITHOUT PHONE CALLS TO BE MADE. GET INTO THE 21ST CENTURY, AND I CANNOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY SIMPLY BECAUSE OF WI-FI.

Very friendly reception, floodlit, fenced car park, clean-bodywash and shoe shine pads unexpected but excellent.
One must be mindful that this is a budget hotel and as such represents far better value than some we have used in the past. I would recommend to anyone requiring a one night stay travelling to or from France.

The receptionist was really pleasant and friendly. The rooms were small and compact but for a stopover which was all we wanted they were perfect. Ensuite shower room once again was compact but ideal. Wouldn't use as a hotel to stay in for a holiday but for overnights it is great.
People talking and banging outside rooms in middle of night! (not the hotels fault though)

Located for the ferry to Dover. Pleased that there is a shelf / table in the room, which you could write, etc. The beds were good. Lots of towels.
The kitchen is closed on Sunday, exactly the day we were there. If you arrive late, you do not feel like it along to eat.

The friendliness of staff.
Renovate the rooms, especially the bathroom. For breakfast there are only two kinds of jam there no cheese sausage, not for the price it would not be a luxury.

Staff were very pleasant
I appreciate that it is an inexpensive hotel but, nevertheless, it could be updated (like the etap hotels, for example).
