As I was late arriving had no idea how to gain exces but there were some helpful people outside who were able to help me. Did have a few problems finding the hotel.
Found it very noisy, could here people in the passage upstairs and next door.

While it was cheaper than other hotels in calais we were disappointed with the hotel (especially that it didn't even have a sign out on the road as it was broken). The foyer smelt like stale smoke and the carpet had large stains on it, the lights in the hallway flicked on and off (and were off when we were going back to our room at night). Generally not a very nice hotel

OK for a cheap hotel. Staff helpful and friendly.
Too many lights not working. Only one light working in room with peculiar switching system and light in corridor not working. Grope for keyhole in the gloom !

The receptionist was very helpful
The claenliness of the hotel was very poor. There was a very unpleasant smell, with badly stained carpets. My partner and myself haver been very itchy and irritated skin since opur stay.

It was very relaxed , good value for money (specially if you want to get a way on a budget...)the staff spoke English with us even though I could speak french((^_*)).Most important no noise and if you need more towels soaps etc happily giving...
I would happily go back. All I needed was a clean, afordable place to stay on the budget and I got just that!
