Very pleased with the location which was close to the ferry. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and spoke fluent English. Having access to The Ibis Hotel next door for meals and drinks was excellent. A good value budget hotel.

Location close to ferry port, nice staff.
Could improve breakfast offer - no ham, salami or anything 'meaty' on offer. Keep in mind that not everyone is a vegetarian.

Das EZ verfügte über ein bequemes frz.Bett. Das Zimmer war vorgeheizt und warm;
Das Bad war sauber.
Es gab weder eine kleine Bar noch ein kleines Restaurant....und alternativ waren Restaurants zu weit entfernt-fußläufig
Doch für den Preis war es ok.

The receptionists are very nice.
The walls of the rooms are very dirty, it is a pity, because there is no excuse for dirt. Poor breakfast for the price.

Very difficult to find the hotel,even with a GPS; the address specified was not complete so we had to ask our way several times before we found the hotel, at last!

We have stayed at the hotel before and returned as it is central for travelling to the Eurotunnel and the ferry port.
The rooms could do with some modernising and tea making facilities in the rooms is sadly lacking. Breakfast was very poor quality for the 6 Euros it cost.

Only 2 pillows for the bed. We could have done with 4 pillows. There was no plug in the wash basin in the bathroom and the shower bracket was broken.
