Le fait que les clients ne sont pas derangé dans leurs chambres
Le manque de renseignement car on a manqué ou garer notre voiture ,venant de bordeaux et apres un si long voyage on a cherché le parkings pendant une heure encore et puis on a eu une amende,ce qui ne figurait pas à notre budget
