Staff were helpful on checking in, i neede dot check in early and this was done with a minimum of fuss.
The cost of WiFi is very high. It could be free, couldn't it?. Also, I'm not sure why the meals posted as specials on the wall of the restaurant can only be ordered and consumed in the bar, which is about 1 meter away?

I liked the Fact that it was very central The Staff were very helpful but did not have the Knowledge to help tourism.
I did not like the Dirty Room that had a broken window and no bench for resting luggage on it had been Taken away,I was given another room which was a Wheelchair accessable room which had not been cleaned out and there was some medication on the floor from the previous person The shower room toilet had plaster on the floor where it had not been cleaned up,The Meue in the resturant was very limited and what was on it was very expensive and not of good standard, having tries all the Menue I came to the Burger and it was uncooked in the cenre and unedible I dont think I would stay again

The noise - I was in room 522 - the noise level from the street until after midnight was unexpectedly high and the morning from 5.30 am it was much worse including contruction site right outside my window. Noise reduction glazing should be installed. Otherwise just about acceptable and reasonable value for money.
