Found the woman at the reception very friendly and helpful and the early morning very friendly woman. Even when it appeared it was called something with the credit card to beat.

The location is practical.

The staff on arrival was downright rude. I could not possibly get an internet connection from my room, which was also not clean. On inquiry, "I just had from the lobbies to try (in my pajamas, at 10 o'clock at night. Good idea!). The shower gave a thin trickle of water. There is a kettle, which unfortunately did not fit under the tap of the washbasin. The breakfast lasted until 9.00 pm as it would easily be able to half an hour because the staff is there anyway around. Around 8-9 hours in the morning they started in one of the rooms next to mine in the wall to drill, even though I really DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door was hung. I had ridden the night of arrival hours, was exhausted and really wanted to sleep 9.00 hours, which the breakfast times and drilling failed. Not all your guests are apparently standard Dutch audience to 6.00 vertegenwoordigerspad going back on! All in all I thought it was a ridiculously high price for a downright poor reception, and no, I do prefer not back in Zaandam.

Quiet location, no Russian, to Amsterdam by bus 91 to the center - 20 minutes, bus schedule, fare 2,5 Euro. Rooms are large. In the rooms, kettle, tea, coffee, safe, minibar (chargeable). Near the park. Before Zaandam Center - walking for 20 minutes, either on the 66th bus - 5 minutes. Breakfast - Standard Swedish table without frills.

Long way to the center of Zaandam. If someone's prejudices can exert presence near the crematorium (I had not seen in the work once, though regularly stop at this hotel, no smell, nothing, no funeral, nothing).

Heating was broken. food was not cold hair dryer

The staff were very helpful and a comfortable bed

There were only paper cups, no English TV channels, kettle didn't work, only 2 teabags and two digits didn't work on the telephone. Breakfast was extremely expensive and very poor. Also a noisy location.

That staff is hard on the phone talking, so everyone hears it!
