The location - both city core and to the train station was perfect! For the price we got great value! Lovely with electric kettle and a cup of coffee at the bedside.
Bed mattress was good, however, was bed frame something vakelvorent.

Fabulous breakfast and very comfortable.
We were charged a higher rate than was on our confirmation sheet. We have now sorted and Ibis were very efficient and resolved this very efficently.

The short distance walk into town.
The problem with parking, as I had to find a private parking space for the first night.

Brilliant hotel, modern, friendly staff, clean, cheap and close to the town centre. Couldnt ask for anymore, will stay here again on my next york trip.

I was very impressed with the breakfast and the choices we had and it was included in the room price which I thought made it excellent value for money.
I would definitely stay here again, it is conveniently located to be able to get around on foot. All
Room was a bit on the small side, perfectly adequate for 1 person on business but I wouldn't want to be couple staying there for any longer than a night.
Water pressure in the shower seemed on the low side and the carpet outside the lifts needs replacing.
