Great rooms, superb service, simple to get there; excellent bar and restaurants. Young lady - Valency - provided great service, very knowledgeable regarding the afternoon tea service.

No es la primera vez que voy y siempre nos han tratado muy bien, tanto en el check in como en la salida. Como miembro Accord me dan un acceso especial al restaurante del Club Accord para el desayuno y eso es muy agradable. GRACIAS

Helpful friendly staff in lobby, customer relations staff and check in staff charming also vivre restaurant staff
Dud not like the colour of the brown dressing gown which I left untouched in the luxurious bathroom

This is a very convenient hotel to stay at when one has an early departure out of Terminal 5. The hotel is clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
