The room was clean and although I thought I was getting two queen sized beds for three people, the one queen bed and hide-a-bed single was fine. Great towels and shower and free wi-fi.
I have stayed at Novotel many times in different parts of Europe and we are always very pleased with the hotels and staff. Despite my comments below, we would stay with Novotel again in a heart beat!
On arrival there seemed to be only one staff on the desk having to deal with a couple of sets of people who had problems. It was a bit chaotic. When someone finally helped us, she was a bit curt although that might have been a language/cultural issue.

The same girl checked me in on both my stays and she was extremely helpful..... absolutely delightful girl. Unsure of her name though I think it started with a "Z". having stayed at the Novotel many times I am always pleased with all they provide there and the quality of service is always above average.
