The convenience of the location, friendly staff
The food in the restaurant is really not that good in relation to the prices. We did not enjoy our meal at all.

A weel-run hotel in a prime location.

Easy access, polite and efficient staff, good food
The carpet along the corridors whist hard-wearing, is probably old and and dull. you may wish to brighten it up a bit

If it were possible to place some larger signs (sign-posts) outside the hotel - including in the aiport - to help guests to find it, that would be good.

(1) I had an early flight and to save time I ordered breakfast in the room. However the time I needed to order breakfast was earlier than the normal time on the booking form, and I was unsure if I would get the breakfast. It came on time. So if the hotel does deliver breakfast early this should be mentioned on the forms. (2) The toast was cold. (3) I do not wish to receive emails from the Sheraton about offers or services.

We were given a bottle of wine from Le Meurice Hotel in Paris. Since one was not supplied in the room, we called room service to request one. Room service didn't answer so I called the Concierage and the number was answered by the front desk who called room service for me. Room service didn't understand what I wanted, but within a few minutes, a gentleman was at my door asking what it was I requested. When I told him I wanted a cork screw, he referred me to the Concierge. No, we didn't drink the wine, for we never got the cork screw...

The restaurant is not very good nor very nice, service more close to cantine tan top hotel

The best placed hotel for an overnight stay while waiting for departure.

Thought the brasserie was good value. Staff were very helpful.
Only one resturant open.
