I liked my room although it was alittle cold and there seemed to be some noisy maintainance in progress.
As above the maintaince was very noisy and the room was cold for the first and second nights. I also request that the shower metal wire shelf be replaced because it could be dangerous. This did not happen

Being in the terminal from which we were leaving from. Room was clean.
Price, lack of micro wave and small refrigerator, and free wifi. State side hotels give more for your money.

Location, helpfulness of staff -especially the concierges, pleasant lobbies.
There was a fee of either 32 or 42 euros, I don't remember which, for activating the in-room TV and internet for 24 hours. All I wanted to access was the TV. I did not. This is a ridiculous and greedy practice.

Quiet. Comfortable. Location. The down stairs restaurant was good . Breakfast in that restaurant was good and enjoyable , the club room was not.
Each time that we have stayed, the Etoille restaurant was closed. No coffee in the room. No ice bucket in the room. The club room was small dark and crowded. Being on the club floor did not add value.
