Aircondition funktionierte im 1. Zimmer gar nicht bzw. im 2. Zimmer mäßig. Aber: Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht in der Reklamationsbehandlung!

L'accueil et la tranquilité des lieux.
La chambre sentait la cigarette alors que l'étage est non-fumeur. On nous a aimablement offert une autre chambre sans odeur de cigarette.

The Novotel CDG Terminal provides the weary traveler a safe and welcome environment in which to stay after a week of traveling. We arrived on a Friday night to be greeted by pleasant receptionists and prepared rooms. A late night bar and restaurant was available for food and beverage. The shuttle is amazingly close and convenient for getting to the airport early in the morning. Thank you.
No, I thought it was attractive and accessible. The men complained about getting the car out of the parking lot and over to the rental return terminal saying that it was confusing.
