The location by the airport was a benefit to us, and the staff were friendly and kind.
The costs of the snacks were too high.

Great location very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and convenient good restaurant
This room that we were given this time compared to other rooms during our many stays at this hotel was in need of a renovation the shower was in the bath and you had to be careful not to slip getting in or out
The card type door key was hopeless had to get it re initialised just about every time we needed to get into our room

Very convenient to the Train Station & it's right next to the Airport, though you still need a taxi if you have extra baggage. Other than that, the Desk Clerk/Receptionist was accommodating and polite...I must say the service is excellent.

The hotel looked and felt new. It was clean and convenient. Hotel staff was very accommodating.
The restaurant staff seemed to be very disorganized.

It was very quiet and comfortable before our last night stay in Paris before getting our flight the next day. I understand there are 3 other Novotwl hotels at the airpot. We did find the correct one after a search.

Comfortable rooms. Excellent access to CDG. Very good restaurant with
excellent, attentive service. I shall certainly use this hotel again on my
way through Paris.
