Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport

The room was neat and clean and the beds were firm

We (3 people) had booked ourselves on the shuttle service at 5 am the next morning. The driver was late in arriving and in so doing just let anyone onto the bus. Besides ourselves there were only 2 others who had booked the shuttle service so the reception desk was not aware that they needed more than one bus, however, if the driver had been on time he should have allowed those who had booked the shuttle service to get on the bus first. We were left standing and we had to wait for a taxi who had to be send to us first. Needless to say we were 45 minutes late at the airport. If it was a local flight we would have missed our flight but fortunately it was an inernational flight. The whole purpose of us sleeping over at the Malpense Airport was to arrive at the airport early in the morning without stressing about missing our flight so our whole purpose was futile in the end.
