Staff are very accommodating

The proximity to the airport

The buffet was not very nice. The rooms are looking worn out and it needs to be repainted.

Zależało nam na hotelu blisko lotniska, z wygodnym połączeniem do niego. Warunki te hotel spełnił w 100% (regularny bus bezpośrednio do terminali bardzo wszystko ułatwiał) Obsługa miła, i uczynna.

Gdybym się uparł, mógłbym ponarzekać na głośną klimatyzację, która się nie daje wyłączyć. Ale to i tak było by dość naciągane narzekanie.

Wonderful staff to help us get shuttle service. Great breakfast. We only stayed one night. Great shower too!

Very convenient for our early morning flight out of Milan. Food was good. Good value.

Very slow check in process ( not enough staff/resources), very loud room (thin walls, single pane Windows with busted cobblestones being driven on outside). Hotel seems neglected from a maintenance standpoint.

Good value and close location to airport but do not count on the free shuttle to and from the airport

The service left to desire. the "free" shuttle to and from the airport not very organized, contracted to a company and cars have no decals to indicate that they are for the hotel, also not able to get one from the airport at night and in the morning to get to the airport, the free shuttle end up costing me more $$$ then stay at the hotel across the airport.

Problemi con sistema riscaldamento per cui c'era TROPPO CALDO. il personale ci ha detto che era stato segnalato da altri ospiti e che ci stavano lavorando. unico neo in una permanenza perfetta.

Εμεινα μονο ενα βραδυ και δεν εχω κατι ιδιαιτερο να πω.

Gentilezza della reception, pulizia, comfort in camera.

Ristorante: 1. il cameriere non saluta e nemmeno risponde al saluto (come se si fossi aria), le ragazzine servizio sera molto gentili. al mattino stavo talmente male (tosse che ho rinunciato al volo e la mia vacanza)che non volevo sedermi in mezzo alla gente e distribuire batteri della mia bronchite acuta ed ho chiesto di poter avere un bricco grande di tè da portare in camera. non volevano darmelo dicendomi che avrei dovuto pagare servizio in camera 5,00 euro per avere un pò di té ....fame non avevo. solo dopo una lite con le ragazze (che temevano il posto se andavano contro gli ordini del loro capo-cosa inconcepibile) mi hanno dato il tè. il receptionist non si intrometteva xche la gestione del ristorante è separata. colazione: solo frutta sciroppata, non fresca, il resto sicuramente non da un 4 stelle. queste cose e ben altro serviamo al lago di garda sud in un 2 stelle.un episodio del genere cmq ricade sul hotel e non sul ristorante, dovreste provedere e tenere d´occhio la gestione del ristorante
