Clean comfortable room, safe parking
On check in we were advised we had been upgraded to a club, we had previously
booked a double, double, the club room had a kingsize bed which was okay, but what if we did not want to share the same bed??? Reception should check first if they need the double double for a family.and need to change rooms.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, extremely approachable. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage. Varied menu for the bar and extremely reasonable prices. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of everything. Highly recommend this hotel as it suits all budgets.
No bags in the bathroom for ladies to dispose of their towels/tampons.

Attentiveness... it was my birthday weekend and cake was left in our room.. was a lovely stay thank you so much .

Lovely big comfortable bed. Good food at the bar

This is the third visit I have made to the Copthorne. It suits me because of it's location: handy to the M4. Previous visits have been during the schools half term week and the hotel has been busy...but not a problem. This visit was during term time, much quieter ifone prefers no children around.
On all visits the staff (reception, dining and cleaning) were approachable, friendly and helpful.

For me the location was key as I had to have lunch in Windsor with my mother who turned 95.
Food and beverage was very good.
The lighting in the bedrooom was not bright enough for me to read
The bathroom door was in need of attention, the bottom of the door was frayed
I did not like the fact that the safe deposit boxes were in the open and there was no privacy.
