Main reason for choosing Hotel Eden: Location

The location was perfect for walking to any part of Sirmione. Also the location is very close to the ferry jetty and lots of restaurants. The views from the lake view rooms are super whether watching sunsets or all the ferry traffic constantly coming and going. Surprisingly given the buzz and noise from the piazza and ferry traffic once the patio door was closed the noise disappeared. The hotel decor and room exceeded our expectations and the breakfast included was excelant. All the staff were friendly and very helpful to ensure a happy stay in the hotel. We can certainly recommend this hotel and would go back.

The only gripe about the facility was that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Obviously given the location car parking is a challenge with only 4 spaces available by the hotel on a first come basis. There are acceptable alternatives with free parking at a sister hotel a 10 minute walk away or charged parking in a nearby underground park.

Location and staff and the comfort of the hotel was perfectly fine, and despite the access situation is somewhat cramped in the old town of Sirmione, so we saw an 100% service from the hotel's page. They took our cars after unpacking, we beat them again on departure whitewashed!. Yes, the hotel can be recommended even with three small children.

No it is not, but you should probably advise guests on the driveway to the site via very narrow compared with approx. 20 cm. on either side of the car, do not be nervous to drive and back several times to get around corners.

Good, beautiful view over the lake. Quite heavy ferrietraffic close to the hotel. The room was furnished in too dark colours. Nice staff.

For cleanliness,the carpet on the floor of all the the hotel has to be change ,they are old and with spots Very good situation but very very hard to find when you arrive in car because situated in historical place which is closed . The hotel gives your name to the gate of the place but you must know the function of it.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very kind. They really helped in everything. I loved the location of the Hotel and the style of the room was very lovely. We loved the big windows and the panoramic view of the city.

The bathroom in general wasn't on the same level as the hotel.
