Although the rooms were refurbished, they looked very used and not as new as I expected. I realize most people only stay overnight in this location but I was disappointed in the room/

Could not access WiFi from our room. Very disappointed in this as they said it was accessible from all rooms. We were in 227. Drain in sink was very very slow to drain.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the food was quite good.

Convenient for airport. Very comfortable bed. Tea making facilities in room. Pleasant staff at reception. Easy check in and out.

Absence of a lift is a problem with luggage to carry/drag. Problem with bedside lamps.

The locations is wonderful. The food and drink were wondereful. We were completely dismayed when my son showed up for his reservation August 24, with his confirmation number, proof of payment, there was a problem. You had no record of it and he had to take one of our two rooms that was booked for the 26th. He also had to secure it with his credit card, which should not have occurred. When we arrived we were very dismayed at the situation and told I would have to pay again, I had paid months ago for three rooms. I will have to dispute this whole thing and to be honest with you, it was the only hitch we had and stayed in wonderful, top-notch B&Bs with absolutely no trouble. It was sorry that the end of our stay in Ireland ended in a sour note after such a wonderful 13 days. I have stayed repeatedly in Radissons, Washington, DC, in Manchester, New Hampshire for five days at a time at a large genealogical conference and it all went with no hitches. The staff was lovely, except that on checking out, it took too long to do it, both people ahead of us and ourselves were chomping at the bit.

It was so easy...Shannon across the road. Baggage Carts free at front door..scale in lobby to check weights on your heavy bags!! Convenient bar and restaurant. Quiet room, immaculate linens! Large bathtub to unwind in!!! Free Wi-Fi. Reasonably priced. Perfect way to end your Ireland adventure. many thanks.

The hotel was very nice. Very convenient.

The price was a little high for the purpose of our stay there.
