Convenient; Clean; airport shuttle is a great service (see below)
The shuttle service is limited to twice an hour (for a "5 minute" trip) and fills up. Twice now I have either had to take a taxi or a much earlier shuttle because of this.

Helpful staff in respect of the inward and outward complimentary transfers to and from the Airport. Friendly staff and informative regarding the hotels facilities and travel into Zurich central City. Would stay there again on any future trip to Zurich.

La comodidad de las camas y el NO ruido a pesar de estar muy cerca de la calle.
Un pequeno malentendido con las reservaciones ONLINE...pero solucionable.

Bed was very firm and pillows even firmer.

It was clean. Bathroom had a nice single door that covered both the entry door to bathroom as well as the toilet.
Staff was rude, unfriendly and I had to pay despite free shuttle for a taxi.
