Main reason for choosing Novotel Suites Rouen Normandie: Facilities

The rooms are spacious and fine. It is a new hotel and the downside is that the staff is very young and not so experienced with solving problems.

Already experienced several times that the room key card eletronische not work (wrong was programmed). There is an electric kettle in the room so you tea / coffee can, but the accessories are not always complete (eg, only packets with no decaf and regular coffee).
