The room was fantastic, great design and very comfortable.
The breakfast was far too expensive for what is on offer (we managed to save 12 Euros by walking into town).

The size of the room, and the separation that can exist when we travel with a child, and breakfast, with cheese etc in individual share without having to dip into a saladier.La view we had from our room and on ROUEN the fair with all its lights.
The only downside, the condition of the only chair in the room dusty and stained.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Basic but comfortable accommodation. Location slightly out of town but we needed a family room at lowest price available with secure parking, which this offered. We only stayed one night and it was fine for that.

Well designed room and bathroom. Helpful staff - they allowed us to park our over-height vehicle right outside the hotel where they could keep an eye on it.
Very stingy tea and coffee supplies in the room (1 sachet of each). Only real grumble happened after we left as our young son had left his much loved teddy in his bed. We phoned and asked them to send it on but it took 5 days, 2 phonecalls, an email/fax confirmation of our identity and EU9.50 for them to do so, which seemed over the top for a kids teddy!

Decor was great, nice change from other hotels. Having a free movie channel was excellent. Having a facilities in room such as fridge/kettle would be ideal if staying longer.
Air conditioning was not great, in fact we checked with satff whether it was working - having stayed in lots of hotels over the past two weeks, we didn't feel it was working at its optimum which made it an uncomfortable nights sleep. I also felt that the breakfast was rather expensive for what was on offer.

Nice reception, lovely staff, walk to centre was about ten min but not very scenic route - busy road. Strange bathroom - bit like a mobile home!
