Relaxed place. Not to big and nearby everything. Good price.

Someone drugged me by putting something into my beer in the Hotel Bar the first evening. They were some locals or foreign workers.

The taxi driver found it difficult to find. more explicit street directions would be good for getting there. Nice friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and convenient location to the centre of Rotterdam. Would have preferred soft, hot boiled eggs on the breakfast table, not hard cold eggs.

It was convenient to the centre where I had to go each day. The staff were friendly and approachable as we had to have an early breakfast one day and they obliged.
I did not like the fact that the toilet seat was broken and needed fixing. It would have been nice to have somewhere to put the clothes while in the bathroom.
