Complimentary bus to and from Airport. Friendliness and attentiveness of staff. Check in/out seamless. Location was ideal Room was sound proofed. I expected to hear aircraft noise but there was none.
Nothing to dislike for the price/quality.

If we had any questions it was addressed immediately. Everything in the room was top quality.
The breakfast we thought was too expensive. The shuttle took so long to come, we ended up sharing a taxi with another couple.

Quality food
No non-smoking room, but it asked for. No effort is made to solution. Staff speaks poor English. Disinterested staff. Bad location. Shuttle bus driver is rude. In short, avoid this hotel if at all possible.
