Hôtel Inn Paris CDG Airport

It was a fairly average hotel, the room were nice and well maintained.

I dont usually fill these in but as my experience was so bad I feel I need to. The staff in the bar were EXTREMELY ignorant. So far so I was taken aback. I needed milk for a sick child and I must say I would have been better off getting a taxi to a local shop. I was ignored twice and then spoken to in a very aggressive, ignorant manner by more than one staff member. When I requested assistance from a manager I was confronted and spoken to as if I was a hindrance. I must admit it was to first time in all my travels to be spoken to in such a manner and Ive traveled fairly extensively. My advise choose another hotel, they are the same price and you will have a better experience.

How to get transportation from Airport to Hotel. No phone # on conformation and no pick up location advice.

NONE of the ice machines worked. One of the staff finally got me some ice from the kitchen. The vending machines behind the reception area were not adequately staffed; they were only about half full and the selection was very poor.

Unfortunately we could not use the reservation, by the illness of my wife, who could not travel. We have communicated this hotel. m.vr.gr.

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK MR. GONZAGUE AERNOUTS/DEPUTY MANAGER FOR HIS ASSISTENCE WITH OUR OBTAINING OUR PRE-PAID TICKETS FROM A LOCAL TOUR BUS COMPANY THAT WE NEVER RECIEVED PRIOR TO DEPARTING FOR PARIS. OUR EXPERIENCE AT DINNER WITH THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. THE SERVICE, AND TWO OF OUR DINNERS WERE SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED. ONCE THE DINNER WAS SERVED NO ONE EVER RETURNED TO OUR TABLE. WE DECIDED TO LEAVE WITH FOOD REMAING ON OUR PLATE AND APPROACHED TO MANAGER. EXPRESSING OUR THOUGHTS REGARDING THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE NIL. I READ QUITE A FEW EXPRESIONS FROM PREVIOUS TRAVELERS BUT DIDN'T HEED THEIR EXPRESSIONS.

YES. ON OUR FIRST NIGHT OF SLEEP OUR BATHROOM DOOR MADE A LOUD SQUEAK WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I REPORTED THIS TO THE FRONT DESK. THE SAME MATTER CONTINUED THE ENTIRE 5 DAYS THAT WE WERE TENANTS. I REPORTED THIS MATTER EACH DAY WITH NO RESULTS. ROOM 210. WE WILL STAY AGAIN ON OUR FUTURE TRIPS.
