Hotel Campanile Roissy-En-France

Lovely buffet breakfast. Quiet. Air conditioning. Clean.

Food needs to be covered at buffet lunch! ( flies ). "Some" staff indifferent and unfriendly!

It has several time I come, this year two times in April and now the catering services must be reviewed thoroughly. In April it was lousy at both bufffet for the service, and now it is called a failure, so hot dish, chicken and sauté just porc.Quand customers arrive quite late (not their fault) it does say they only eat leftovers, and the service staff is not very friendly, and coaching didn't eyes everywhere.

The hotel was close to the airport.

Unfortunately, the Better super hard and the room was too small. Food was ok, but expensive. B & B hotel next door had better prices. Will not sleep in a hotel Campanile. No extra towels, no extra pillows, no instructions how to use TV. No attention for detail .....

I appreciate complementary tea/coffee tray in the room. Room was maintained neat and clean.

There are no single occupancy rooms in this hotel.

The staff member who directed us to Roissy village where we were able to obtain some edible food.

Our room had just had a coat of paint and it stunk of paint. The staff were generally not at all customer orientated. The food offered was appalling , and over priced for what it was and dining facilities very poor. One customer compained about the food and was told"Well you didn't have to eat it" We ate elsewhere.Rooms and facilities were old and badly in need of a total upgrade. Worst accomodation experience in our nine weeks in Europe.We will never stay at another Camponile.

I have stayed at the Campanile several times in the past, this was, by far, my worst experience. Evening front desk staff was rude (they were very busy, but that doesn't excuse it). Restaurant was in full renovation and, despite the fact that they were handing out menus, there was no choice available, just whatever mediocre food served at a very limited buffet. Waitress kept on bumping into my seat in order to get to another table with no excuse. Morning front desk staff was a bit nicer. As a French citizen, I feel sorry for the foreigners staying at this hotel for the way they are treating their guests. Let's hope everything will be better once the renovations are over!!!

Location is good, right near CDG

Hotel is under construction. This was not noted in the info presented at the time of booking. airport if you are flying out of there. Staff are clueless! They have WIFI and when we asked they told us to go to the Kyriad hotels business center. When we got there the Kyriad receptionist told us that the campanile does have WIFI and what to do. Both hotels are apparently owned by the same person/group and the hotels are attached. If you can afford it go to the Kyriad. Great cold dinner buffet for 15EUROS. worth it. Parking outside was an additional 6 euroes.

2 EVENING MEALS NOW IDENTICAL.

Restaurant on location with a variety of choices. Shuttle service to airport. The driver should call out the terminal upon arrival. If I hadn't been watching, I would have missed my stop.

It would have been nice to print out my boarding pass for my flight. Your staff did not know how to do this.
