Relatively convenient to the airport. The shuttle was very convenient.
We were early arriving (10 a.m.) and the room was not available. This was understandable. What I didn't appreciate was the abruptness and rudeness of the clerk whi informed me of this. I appreciate that she was busy checking people out of the hotel, but I waited patiently untill no one was in line. As well, the room was too hot even though I turned off the heat. I opened the window, but the aircraft and traffic noise was so loud I had to shut it to sleep. No hand towels, but the bath towels were excellent.

The informal, buffet dinner was just what we wanted after a long, exhausting day. Airport shuttle in the morning was on time, convenient, and at no cost.
We felt that the price was much too high for the caliber of this hotel, especially since dinner was not included.

This is a very functional hotel and the room was clean, though not luxurious by any means. The beds were comfortable and we got a good 5 hours of sleep before heading off to the airport in the morning.
We had a terrible time locating the hotel due by car due to our confusion with the road system. Arriving after dark we could see the hotel from the A1 autoroute but could not access the exit. Plan extra time if you're driving. The room smelled faintly of smoke. Although we booked a triple room, there were only towels, coffee etc for 2 persons. We had a lot of trouble working the elevators, which require use of a key card to access your floor, yet still often do not work at all.

Location was about all we liked.
The rooms are very very small. Lack of towels, pillows in the room. Mold on the ceiling in the shower.
Room would not cool down when air conditioner was turned on.
Bus pick up was very confusing at the airport. To many similar looking black buses.
Food offering in restaurant was too limited.
Buses not frequent enough in moxrning..overcrowded..had to take cab to airport.

Great to have shuttle service to and from the airport.
Could not get wi fi access from my room, had to use the lounge.

Front desk was nice and helpful. good water pressure and hot water.
Well, it would have been nice if the shuttle information had written that it takes up to an hour to get to the airport terminal 3. We were under the impression it took 20 minutes as the schedualte is written every 20 minutes! We misssed our flight back to Toronto and were NOT happy. If we had know then we would have taken a cab. Perhaps write this on the paper you give your guests.
Also - the carpet looked really dirty and the grout in the washroom floor was very dirty. The walls around the bed were dirty as well. Invest more in housekeeping standards I would suggest.
