The reception staff were helpful and freindly, the morning breakfast staff were also very freindly and helpful. The veiw from ny seafront room, which I requested when booking was fabulous. Lashings of hot water and fresh towels. Comfortable bed and lovely clean bed linen.
I found the bathroom too warm for comfort. Had to leave the door open for a while before going in. The room cleaners only did the bare minimum each morning, but that may of been due to time constraints as I only ever saw two ladies, who by the way were very nice.

If you get a sea-facing room with balcony you will love the views. The air conditioning worked and it was HOT so we were grateful.
We were given a free ride in their van to our car (parked in city garage) at the end of our stay and we appreciated that because we had a lot of heavy luggage.
1. WIFI charge was outrageous
2. Were charged for waters we removed from refrigerator. The "policy" is that the refrigerator cannot be used as anything but a mini bar so even during your stay you are charged for anything you remove from the refrigerator (even temporarily).
3. Only ONE key allowed per room and they were the old fashioned heavy duty ones
4. Directions about how to park in the city garage when you arrive should be explicit and detailed on the hotel website
5. The charge for the sea facing rooms that have NOT been renovated yet should be less than the renovated ones

The location of the hotel!
Well, not really important but if you already have a TV in the room has transmitters with ca.60-70, then it is very surprising that only one German is !?.... oh yes, the parking problem would be there too , otherwise very mention serves traditional Polish cuisine.
