The Randolph Hotel, by Graduate Hotels

Excellent hotel, great service, great location, under law but warm interior.

The whole experience in Oxford was lovely, The Randolph was class and elegance just as I had hoped. The location could not have been better. The staff was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed every minute and plan to return in the future!

It is always one of life's little pleasures to spend a night at the Randolph

I would not be willing to spend as much again for the experience, which, while not unpleasant, was no better than accommodation at half the price. The decor is tasteful and the staff, while friendly, gave service of differing standards. It was a shame that the spa facility (a major part of our decision to book) was not fully functional, and that it was not possible to book treatments at suitable times.

We are smokers, that's a problem in England ! I wish a small corner to smoke a Cigarette and have a drink.

Very disappointed-undergoing major renovations-very noisy and dusty staff mislaid my bags-were not brought down to luggage storage-took some time to find where they had been left

On the whole, extremely good.

I thought the hotel and its staff very good. I was doing research and travelling on my own and it worked well for my needs for room service dining etc.I also liked the sense of space in the room.
