Location fantastic, restaurant very good
Only one member of staff on duty in reception and bar expected to cover both areas which is not enough. Breakfast mediocre. Certainly not as good as first time we stayed here.

Everything was first class. The manager on duty when we arrived was extemely nice and the lady who took over from him in the evening too. Lovely bed, excellent food and service. We've stayed here before and will again.

Friendly reception and very friendly Bar Manager. Nice big room and bathroom overlooking car park that was very quiet. Comfortable bed with sufficient number of pillows. Very centrally located. An enjoyable stay.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful and the barman was great.
If we stayed again I would request a room overlooking the front and church because our room overlooked the car park at the rear and we were woken up at 6am with deliveries being made which echoed around the car park which made it seem much more noisy than it probably was.

Our room was large, bright and comfortable.
As you have a tie-in with the Wine Society and the hotel places itself as the best hotel in Montreuil, the wines you serve with meals should be of a better quality. All the hotel supplied wines we drank were poor exemplars of the genre they were supposed to portray. You could get round this by allowing "bring-your-own-wine" and charging corkage.
