The bathroom could do with an upgrade

We were a family of 6 - 2 adults + 2 kids + 2 grandparents. The 2 rooms were on the same floor and were excellent. Also on the same floor was the kids play room (which was brilliant with a great variety of toys) and the restaurant which was also excellent if not a little expensive. The leisure centre was lovely and clean - we were only disappointed it didn't open till 9 in the morning so were unable to use it the next morning. Apart from the tv only having Irish stations, our stay was perfect, even the check out being 12 was brilliant. We would highly recommend this hotel for value, quality and service. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I liked the convenience near the village. Hotel a bit dated though.

Though room was warm and comfortable, curtains were not pulling properly and were very dusty. Window though on second floor opened out onto a ledge/rooftop which did not feel very safe.

A big thank you to the chef who was very busy serving breakfast and when he got a quite minute let me use his iphone 5 charger as my phone was dead and there was none at receiption everyone else I asked said they did not have a charger. I needed the phone as we were going to the football fianl in Dublin and we were sitting in different places so needed to be incontact with each other. He knows who he is - a big thank you Sir. This act of consideration by him promted me to fill in this survey.

Availed of room service-food arrived promptly and servrd hot .. It was delivered by 2 lovely members of staff. Very pleasant stay.
