Yes, I've stayed in cheaper places that had free wifi. I paid a bit more here for a room and had to pay for wifi. Everywhere I've been in my travels, wifi is always free. Also, there wasn't much breakfast for those of us who left before breakfast. The coffee is a very small serving and weak. I chose this place because it was close to the airport and I had lots of work to do, which meant using wifi and the telephone. I tried to make long distant calls from my room, but the phone didn't work. Finally, someone came to look at it agreed that it didn't work. So I had to use the lobby phone and talk about my personal business in front of people checking in and out. The staff is unsympathetic and act like they couldn't care less. By the way, I learned, of course, after I had already paid for wifi, that a restaurant next to the hotel has free wifi. Go there first!

Absolutely im possible to find ....better signage would have helped....it took us 2 hours wondering around to find the hotel even although we had filled with petrol twice next door in the petrol station ....why 20 euros for a taxi in to malaga and only less than 10 to return...apart from that was satisfactory ....some staff but not all less than helpful...abrupt, sharp ,dismissive but is that human nature ,others more than helpful

We only stayed in the hotel for one night, we slept well and got breakfast included. Everything was more than fine.

Actually we thought the hotel would be easy to reach by foot from the airport but we were wrong. We had to take a taxi and had to pay 20€ (we probably got tricked but it was almost midnight and we just wanted to arrive at the hotel).

Not the hotel but the taxi that was called by the hotel. The rate, even for a 4 am drive was exorbitant!

I had booked from your website, but the first 2 days of my stay in Budapest send me to another hotel because it tells the system spoiled reservations. Aparadechto!!!

The shuttle to and from the airport and good service in both the reception, restaurant and bar.

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. To come unfriendly staff, location in a unsafe area with public transportation and no way to Miami. The only option was an expensive taxi or bus, which is however more than 2 hours on the road.
