The staff were very courteou, helpful, and caring. We weren't sure if we could make it because of weather conditions and when we called and couldn't cancel we decided to try it. We finally checked in at 10 at night and the staff was very concerned about our drive and made us feel a lot better about our trip. One of the male staff members suggested a place for us to go for the New Years celebrations and it was our best New Years in Europe! And after all the excitment it was nice to come back to a nice hotel and have a delicious breakfast the next day!
