No coffee / tea making facilities in room no fridge in an armchair to sit in a double room a glass of water in the bathroom Not enough seating at breakfast. Queues could take your place for long queues for the coffee machine without staff review. Nobody clear overview / regulation made. Long queues at the check-out

Solving the problem of bike for charging (electrode) by Location of the hotel reception staff. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The mattress, after three nights of the last two rug.Op you put a boxspring and a good mattress topper and possibly, not a mattress topper and use. No bike storage and charging points for electric bicycles reviews. A waste container on the table at breakfast would also be very practical. Cover the meat and bread to prevent it drying out. When you're busy (like last weekend) there is a queue for the coffee / tea machine. More variation in the breakfast buffet.

The receptionist was charming and very welcoming
Everything about the hotel was cold and uninviting.
The lighting in the bedroom was barely sufficient for reading.
The curtains were flimsy bits of material which did not block out the light.
The pillows and duvets were uncomfortable blocks of rubber. There was no bed head so couldn't sit up in bed.
The corridors were like a prison block.
The food in the restaurant (sate) was chicken in a gloop of peanut sauce.
