Inn On The Prom Hotel

We all had a great time staying in The Fernlea Hotel,kids loved the pool.we will be back.

Not worth the money we paid to stay in a standard room for three nights. Very disappointing.

I will not be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the inn at the prom, the rooms were great and the food was also very good, our 2 children also enjoyed there stay, and the children were catered for as well as we were, we all look forward to visiting again!!

I enjoyed my stay very much,food execellent and rooms very relaxing and clean. Staff could have been more helpful in the dinning room as nobody told you what to do, ie one night tables waited on, other night it was carvery. Breakfast was a bit greasy but on the whole very good with plenty of choice. Dinner was execellent, fruit salads could have been a bit bigger, sweets where out of this world. Baths/Showers where very slippy, I had a paper bath mat one day next day nothing, not sure if this was for use in the bath or the bathroom floor. I was afraid it would block the drains if used in the bath, again no information given about this peice of paper mat. Maybe thats my inexperiance.
