Inn On The Prom Hotel

Very enjoyable stay

Over all we had a very pleasant stay. The bedrooms were rather on the small size but nicely furnished and quite clean. First impressions were very good both from the outside and in. The staff were polite and the reception were helpful. The lounge was open and light,the seating was very comfortable. We enjoyed the food although Friday evening was mainly Indian cusine I feel think there ought to be some less spicey dishes as not everyone likes hot food.

Great situation for beach, town etc, although we were shielded from the morning sun by the awning and had to resort to moving our table into the car park :-)for morning coffee. All staff most friendly and helpful Service excellent. The beauty treatment dept also excellent. I was a bit cold in my room but he biggest problem we experienced was the lighting Very conducive generally, but not for applying make up. Most men would not be aware of this so forgive me for making it but a very minor and only issue. we have been before and will certainly return Thank you everyone. ps Was a bit cold on my room but I a a cold blooded person thanks again

The family were pleased with the overall attention and have booked three rooms for a night in July.

The upgrade bedrooms were comfortable. Main rooms comfortable. Meals in the cafe were very nice and tasty, but over priced for some choices.

Corridors and bedrooms looking very tired.Double room very dark with heavy drapes on a four poster three quarter size bed which in our opinion is not big enough for two adults.The leisure suite leaves a lot to be desired - sauna out of action,changing rooms dark and old.

Comfortable rooms, and general ambiance was good, but there was construction going on which was not very convenient, and the handicapped access lift seemed to have a mind of its own (my wife was on crutches at the time of the visit. I thought breakfast was good.

A modern hotel, well situated. Lovely lounge and good breakfast.

I stayed in a boutique room, which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will stay there in the future.
