I found the staff very friendly and approachable. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the facilities that I required. The shower was amazing and the breakfast was very good value.

Reception staff very helpful, bar staff polite and willing. We asked to change our room because it was too noisy - it was on the third floor adjacent to the lift machinery - absolutely no fuss or problem to change it.
We didn't like having to pay for parking - this should be included in the price.

A very Reasonable price and a friendly welcome.
Checking in an eraly call was requested at 04 30 for me to get to the airport to check in early.
No wake up call was made to me even after logging same at desk. It was fortunate I had my alarm clock and a mobile set which was my back up. Would not have been happy if it was a last minute booking where I had no back up. reception chastised on leaving.

I was very disappointed that the bed appeared to have a 'plastic' cover under the sheet. I assume this is incase anyone is incontinent which I am not. I also found the pillar to be very hard.
As a result I had a very restless night's sleep.
Under normal circumstances I would have made a complaint at the hotel itself, but we had to leave very early to catch a plane from Luton airport
